According to the most recent poll contucted by CNN, 3 in 4 Americans are worried about the countries direction. 75% think the US is headed in the wrong direction, and that things here are going badly. I know things in my home are, at least in the same ways most Americans are. It seems like the American dream is slipping away from so many people. A good example is now where the news organizations are wondering where the next finanical meltdown will occur. I’ve Paid for This twice already, in fact had this blog post, talking about credit card debt being the next fall off point and potential for disaster. I am inclined to agree.
What is harder still Is that I agree whole heartedly with Dr. John’s post, where he has serious doubts that either presidential candidate can do much for us, should they win. What do you think, is the American dream slipping away?

I think that’s the way it was sold to us. It was distorted over the years, but I think we will see a shift back to the American dream our parents and grandparents had
