So we found out yesterday that it my wife’s ex has decided to take us to court over the confusion of about $1100. What really burns me is that he is taking this money from the children. He has gotten back over 10K a year, and not doesn’t have any part of paying for medical deductibles or education loans, or medical expenses. It just kills me that he couldn’t care less about the kids, it’s all about the money.
We are supposed to go to church soon. Don’t know if I am up for it today.

It may be more than money. Out of my experience counseling a law suit over money is just another way of hurting the former husband or wife.
