One of the things I found out when working with some folks on the site redesign was planning.  I had thousands of high ideas on what I wanted the site to do, but working with all of us the lofty goals, became more practical.

I wanted all sorts of lash and fluff, and over time some of the additional functionality I want may be added to the site, but I and the folks helping be finally realized that function was better than a lot of fluff.

I have made some blogging friends, who will be helping form time to time, but the blog is and will remain mine.  I am excited though about their help in taking the blog in a more hopeful direction.  I will be looking for some guest posters, which for those looking to increase their traffic is a great tool, but also to allow multiple points of view.  You will also see some more collaboration with other blogs.

And finally partners.  While I will always remain true to the content of the blog, I was approched by some advertisers, and in the end like everyone else, the additional income will help.  That does not however change my opinions or thoughts. 

I can hardly wait……
