As with anything in life there is change. That change may not always be the best thing, but it may be the most nessrcary, and in the long run it may be the best thing we can do. Change is an important aspect of life. Sadly, few embrace its wisdom. I would also like to share a nice little book titled “Who moved my cheese” by Spencer Johnson. It’s an enlightening book about change and our foolishness resistance to it.
When I used to lecture on the steps in grieving I pointed out that grief can be triggered by a signifcant life change.
